Why 90 Day Returns?
We have children and we understand that you don’t always have time to return your purchase within 30 days (the time frame offered by many online retailers) which is why Tiddley Widdley offers you 90 days to return anything you buy even if it was on sale. This way you can buy in advance of a birthday party or holiday and hold on to the gift without feeling any pressure. So don’t worry – with our 90 day Return Policy you still have time to return it.
No Hassle Returns
We want you to be a 100% satisfied customer – this is our unique passion. You can return any non-personalized item for any reason. So if your child received a similar toy or you didn’t like the color; whatever the reason you can ship it back to us for a full refund. Simply box the item, preferably in the original packaging, along with the packing slip and reason for the return and we will credit your account with the price of the product (less shipping costs) once we receive the package. Credits and refunds usually take approximately 30 days to process on your credit card. For the fastest refund please include your packing slip with the item being returned. We also strongly suggest that you ship the return box insured and that you obtain a tracking number. This way you will know if the package does or does not arrive at our facility.

Personalized orders are not returnable. However, if there is a problem with the product purchased please contact Customer Service immediately and we will gladly provide a replacement.
All of our clearance items are considered a final sale, which means they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This way we can offer you unbelievable prices. Each clearance item will have a category with it so you know the condition of the item before buying: Overstock = These items are new from the manufacturer and in excellent condition. We simply have too many of them and need to move them out to make room for even more terrific stuff.
Discontinued = These items are in new condition but are last years models and no longer available from the manufacturer.
Blemish = These items are new (they are not returns). However, on their way to our warehouse they suffered some minor dents and dings. They still work and function as they should but they may have a small mark, the box may have a dent or tear, or the paint may be chipped. Please contact us for specific questions about a product at CustomerService@TiddleyWiddley.com.
Exchanges
Any item you purchase can be exchanged for a similar item so long as it is in stock. If you feel you would like to exchange an item you purchased you may call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-869-2401 or return the item and note the exchange on the packing slip.
Freight Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item shipped via freight, please contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-869-2401. We will be happy to arrange the return shipment with a freight company.
Receipts
We encourage you to include your receipt or packing slip in order to help us process your return or exchange more quickly.
Replacement Parts
At Tiddley Widdley we understand what it is like to have children. We know that toy parts get lost and we want to help you replace these parts. This is why we provide the Replacement Parts Search Service for a small fee. Please note, that given the unique nature of many of our products we may not always be able to find a replacement part but we will be glad to help try.
