We are happy to refund or exchange any items that are unopened and in their original condition, if they are returned to us within 6 months of the original order being placed.

Because of the nature of hosiery products, for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn or tried on. Except if the item is damaged or faulty.

We recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending items back to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit on their way back to us from you. We therefore advise that you return your unwanted items to us using a delivery service that insures the goods they deliver. We also strongly advise using a recorded delivery service which will enable you to track your package on its way back to us.

Please ensure you have paid the correct postage for the package, as failing to do so will cause delays and can even mean that the returned items do not reach us.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, first fill in the form on the back of the invoice enclosed in the package sent to you. Please fill in the details of the product you are returning, why you wish to return it and whether you would like the order refunded or exchanged. Make sure that you enclose this invoice when sending your unwanted item back to us.

We always aim to process all returns within two days of us receiving them, and will send you an email to say that your refund has been issued or details of the replacement item’s delivery.

If you wish to exchange an item and the item you have chosen as the replacement is not in stock, we will place the item on backorder, which means it will be sent to you as soon as we receive the stock.

If the item you wished to exchange something for is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative item or a refund.

Will you refund the postage costs for returning my item?

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive of June 13, 2014, any customer from within the EU (including the UK) returning an item for refund will also have the initial postage paid (or delivery cost) refunded. If you have chosen an express delivery option (Special/ Saturday/ Same day), you will be eligible to receive a refund equal to the Tightsplease standard delivery rate. Where the value of the order qualified for free standard delivery, there will be no delivery cost refund.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount

Please contact us without delay if you believe you have been refunded too much or too little. Please detail to us the refund you were expecting to receive and the amount you actually received.

We always aim to resolve incorrect refund issues within one working day. If this is not possible, we will always provide you with a clear outline of how and when we will resolve the issue, within one working day.

If you have not yet received your refund, please be aware that for some banks it can take up to 10 working days for refunded payments to appear on your back statement.

Have you received my return?

We always aim to process all returns within two days of us receiving them, and will send you an email to say that your refund or exchange has been processed.

If you are awaiting your refund, please be aware that for some banks it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If you think it is taking longer than stated for your return to be processed, please contact us with details of your return so that we can look into the issue.

Please note that we cannot process any returns that do not reach us. Therefore please ensure you pay the correct postage for your package, as well as obtaining proof of postage. My returned item was not refunded or exchanged as requested

If you have encountered an issue with your returned item not being refunded or exchanged as you requested, pleasecontact us without delay, with details of the refund or exchange you were expecting and the service you received instead.

We always aim to resolve incorrect refund issues within one working day. If this is not possible, we will always provide you with a clear outline of how and when we will resolve the issue, within one working day.

How do I return an item that was paid for with a voucher?

The returns policy for items paid for with a voucher is the same as all other returns. Please refer to how do I return an item? to see how to return an item to us.

How do I exchange an item for one that is a different price?

Please return the item to us as normal, with the returns note filled out with details of the item you wish to exchange it for. Please refer to how do I return an item? to see how to return an item to us.

If you wish to exchange the item for a cheaper alternative, you will be refunded the difference in price between the two items.

If you wish to exchange the item for a more expensive alternative, the payment method that you used to make the original order with will be charged with the price difference.
