Tilley offers refunds or exchanges on orders placed within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please submit your request by selecting the type of return you wish to complete and completing the form with all the required information. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs.



Customers outside the US who qualify for a return following our policy guidelines may receive a refund only. They are responsible to ship the item back to Tilley. Refund will be completed upon arrival of item. Customer will be able to place an order for new item.

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact customer service and we will review your case.

We will review your request and send you an email with next steps within 2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization RMA# (Number) which is required in order to complete your request. Please do not send your package to us without a return authorization RMA# (Number) as it will be returned to sender and we will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

Once your package is received with authorization, please allow up to 2 weeks for your request to be completed.
