Risk-Free, 3 Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Time and Gems we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction with our products and services. However, we understand that buying a luxury watch on the internet can be an intimidating task. That is why every luxury watch we sell comes with a 3 business day inspection period that begins upon receipt of your item. If your timepiece is not as pictured or described, you have 3 days of receipt to return it for exchange of full refund.
**Please note that the authenticity of your timepiece is guaranteed for Life and supersedes your 3 day inspection period. Feel free to have your watch verified at any point after you have made your purchase.
In the event you simply would like to exchange your timepiece for another item on our site or another style we may have available, we recommend you contact us. We offer a 10 business day exchange policy from the date you received your watch.
In the event of a returned item under the Return & Exchange Policy, the items must be in unused/unworn condition. This means no blemishes, scratches or signs of wear (includes altered sizing). We also require a written explanation detailing the reason for return plus all original documents to accompany your timepiece. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during the shipment of a return to our logistics facility.
Due to the expenses and risks associated with processing, verifying, preparing, shipping, and receiving back your order, our return policy does not cover simple “buyer’s remorse”. Should you receive an item not as pictured or as described, you are welcome to a 100% refund. However, should you receive an item which is as pictured and as described and still wish to return it, we will assess a 20% restocking fee to cover these costs. Please familiarize yourself with all “custom” non-Rolex parts which are listed as “custom”; custom parts are not reason enough to return a timepiece when the item description discloses this information. For customers who wish to upgrade or exchange their timepiece, they are welcome to contact a sales representative for further details on this process within 10 business days.
