Titanium Kay Return Policy
Titanium Kay provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (support@titaniumkay.com), and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order
- Customized items cannot be returned
- The products must be returned in new, resellable condition.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges will be subtracted from your total refund.
- Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
- Customers are responsible for the freight/postage for the return shipping.
- No service charge for exchange unless the same item is sent back to exchange more than once. $5.0 shipping and handling charge will be assessed for each exchange after the first one.
