At UltraDiamonds.com, our goal is to make each and every customer happy with his or her online purchase, and to do whatever is necessary in order to ensure your continued happiness with your jewelry selection.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund or exchange – no questions asked.

 

You may return any UltraDiamonds.com online purchase within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase (excluding backorder/special order and sized merchandise) for a full refund or exchange – minus a $15.00 re-stocking fee (this includes shipping and handling back to Ultra Diamonds). A store credit will be issued for sized merchandise that is returned.

 

All returns must be received no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice (excluding backorder merchandise, which is available for return within thirty (30) days of shipment of the merchandise to the customer).

 

In the event of an exchange, UltraDiamonds.com will not charge for additional shipping costs unless the customer requests upgraded shipping.

 

Returns may be:

 

• Shipped to the address below.
• Taken into any of our stores nationwide. Click here for Store Locations.
• Taken to any UPS Store nationwide, for complimentary return to Ultra Diamonds. Click HERE for UPS Store Locations.

 

When making a return, you must include a copy of the original packing slip and the RETURN MERCHANDISE REQUEST, included with your order, the merchandise itself, and the original packaging the merchandise was shipped in (jewelry box or case) must be enclosed or returned.

 

If the merchandise returned is not in its original condition (excluding manufacturers defects), the cost of repair will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Special Order merchandise is not subject to return or exchange (all special order sales are final).

 

Merchandise altered at the request of the customer (sizing, polishing, stone replacement, setting adjustments, etc.) is subject to return, but may incur additional purchase price deductions necessary to make the item re-saleable.

 

Merchandise purchased online and returned to one our stores is only subject to refund. Any exchanges made in one of our stores must be handled as a separate purchase and is subject to all applicable taxes. We will gladly refund the original purchase price of your merchandise or provide a store credit for the cost of the item, which may be applied towards the balance of your in-store purchase.

 

All returns and exchanges are subject to review and verification by our merchandising and distribution staff prior to acceptance and distribution of any funds or replacement merchandise.

 

Once we receive your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt of the merchandise at the location listed below. For purchases made using a credit card, your credit card account will be credited for any payments made toward your purchase; minus a $15.00 re-stocking fee (this includes shipping &handling back to Ultra Diamonds).

 

*Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. For purchases made using a debit card, allow 7-10 after refund is processed for funds to appear on your account.

 

STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to any location within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase.

All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in the original condition (unworn or altered), including manuals and packaging materials.

 

You may exchange your jewelry purchase at any location for another item(s) within 110 days of purchase. Exchanges must be for at least equal value to the original purchase price.

 

All exchanged jewelry must be accompanied by the original receipt and in the original condition (unworn or altered), including manuals and packaging materials.

 

Watches may be returned or exchanged at any location within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged or returned watches must be accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition (unworn or altered), including manuals and packaging material.

 

Special orders may not be returned or exchanged

 

Cash refunds will not exceed $100. Refunds in excess of $100 will be refunded via Home Office check.

 

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

Should you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please follow these instructions regarding Return Shipping to ensure proper handling and receipt of your return. *All returns are the responsibility of the customer until receipt of confirmation by Ultra Stores, Inc. is provided to the designated carrier.

 

If the purchase price of your return was less than $500.00 (US) you may ship your return by the carrier of your choice. Return shipping insurance is required, and is the responsibility of the customer. (Items should be insured for the full purchase price) Customer should request a return receipt for confirmation that the return shipment reached its destination.

 

If the purchase price of your return was more than $500.00 (US), we recommend using UPS or FedEx, insured. Return shipping insurance is required, and is the responsibility of the customer.
