We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Please review the return options below to see what works best for you.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased on UrbanOutfitters.com between 10/1/2011 and 12/25/2011 until 2/28/2012. If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate the item you would like in exchange along with any changes to the delivery address. You should also indicate if would prefer to have a gift card mailed to you if your exchange is out of stock. Please note that if no replacement item or gift card is requested, the return credit will apply to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Returns of Web Purchases

|UrbanOutfitters.com provides a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label with most shipments. Your pre-paid label is located on the bottom right hand side of your packing list. Simply fill out the return & exchange form on your packing list and place it in your securely sealed shipping container. Remember to save a copy of your 12 digit order number found in the upper left hand corner of your packing list. You can use this number to track your return. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label to your shipping container and ensure old shipping labels are removed or obscured. No postage is required and the pre-paid label is FREE! Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.||If your order arrived without a pre-paid shipping label, please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Complete the return & exchange form on your packing list and place it in your securely sealed shipping container.Mail your return to:

|Our U.S. and Canadian Stores will gladly accept your Web Return. Your return must be accompanied by your packing list.For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the price paid.
For online returns with a PayPal payment method, our stores will issue a Merchandise Credit.

|Transit Time: We’ll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll waive the Standard shipping fee on your new order!|
TRACK A PRE-PAID RETURN
Please click the link below and enter the 12 character order number found on the upper left hand corner of your packing slip. From the date you mail your return, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to become available and 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed and credited.

FREE RETURN PICK-UPS
When using your pre-paid shipping label to make a return, the United States Postal Service will provide a free carrier pick-up. If you wish to schedule a free carrier pick up for your return, simply affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to your package and schedule a pickup for the next delivery day. Your postal carrier will pick-up your package(s) when you regular mail is delivered.
Please note: Packages must be ready for shipment before your carrier arrives. Maximum weight per package is 70 lbs.
LOST PACKING LIST
If you’ve lost your packing slip and you are the original purchaser, click on Order Status. If you are not already signed-in, please log into your account. Click on the order you wish to return. Print out the Order Summary page and include it with the items you would like to return. If you are making an exchange, please make a note of the new item(s). Follow the return directions above.
If you need a new pre-paid return label or are not the original purchaser, you can reach customer service via email or phone at 800-959-8794 from 8am – 8pm, Monday – Friday, EST. Please provide either the order number or the purchaser’s name and address so we are able to locate the original order.
Our free return option only applies to orders shipped within the continental U.S. We are unable to provide a pre-paid label for certain restricted or oversized merchandise.
FURNITURE RETURN POLICY
UrbanOutfitters.com guarantees the quality of our furniture, free of manufacture defect, for up to one year from purchase.
Furniture shipped within the continental U.S. may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you’ll receive a Merchandise Credit valid for use in any one of our US locations or on UrbanOutfitters.com.
Furniture returns must be protected during transit so it arrives back to us in like-new condition. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Taxes will be credited in accordance with state laws.

If there is a manufacture defect within one year of purchase, we will gladly work with you to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any furniture shipped to Canada. We also cannot refund charges for shipping, customs clearance and taxes.

Exchanges of Web Purchases
Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the return options above. Before sending your exchange, please fill out your packing list to indicate the type of exchange you’d like to make and enclose it in your package. If you’ve requested an exchange, we will email you when your new order has been processed. Your new order will ship using our Standard ship method. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. If you indicate that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specify on the packing list. You may also exchange your item(s) at any of our US or Canada store locations.
Refunds of Web Purchases
Most returns that are sent back to our facility will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. If your purchase was made with a Gift Card or Merchandise Credit, an E-Gift Card will be sent via email to your account for the refund amount.
If you used PayPal as your payment method and want credit back to your PayPal account, you must return your merchandise via mail to the address above for a refund. Our stores will only issue a Merchandise Credit for online returns purchased with PayPal.
We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you’ve requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we’ve processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. If you indicated that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specified on the packing list.
