What if I need to return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from VetShop.com, simply return the product and we will refund you 100% of its value, including the shipping cost, within 30 days. Even if the package has been opened, don’t worry! Return the opened package and we will refund you 50% of its value.

*We will credit your account for your return postage cost.
*Any sale priced items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
