How do I return or exchange my order? (U.S. only)

To return or exchange your product(s), follow the steps outlined here.

You can also return your products in most of our retail stores excluding Mashpee, MA, Hamilton, Bermuda and any of our Outlet locations.

How do I return my order? (non-U.S. only)

International Returns and ExchangesTo submit an international return or exchange request, please contact vineyard vines customer support at 1-203-391-9398. Returns and exchanges should only be shipped once you have submitted a request. Be sure to include a copy of the pack slip in your shipment!

Please allow 30 days for return/exchange to be processed.

Return policy

Full-price items with a vineyard vines receipt:

  • Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit
  • After 60 days of purchase: Full merchandise credit
  • After 180 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of last retail value

Sale items with a vineyard vines receipt:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit
  • After 30 days of purchase: Full merchandise credit
  • After 90 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of last retail value
  • All goods marked as “final sale” are not be eligible for return

vineyard vines products without a vineyard vines receipt:

  • Can be returned for merchandise credit at the last retail value

Merchandise purchased at vineyard vines outlet locations is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted and exchanges can only take place at a vineyard vines outlet store.

Merchandise purchased at Whalehouse Sales is final sale—returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.

Any personalized, monogrammed, or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you choose to send your goods through another carrier, we recommend you select a service that provides tracking information.
