Weight Watchers Return Policy
To return a product that you have purchased through the Online Store please write to us directly at store@weightwatchers.com to request a Return Authorization number.
Your e-mail should include a detailed description of the item(s) you wish to send back to us and the reason for your return. After we receive your e-mail we will provide you with further instructions.
Please note that returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization are processed as unauthorized returns, which can delay processing and in some cases result in us being unable to match the return to your account.
