You may return your order within 14 days to be exchanged or refunded

Please follow the procedure below to return products to be exchanged, refunded, or for warranty repairs and warranty replacements.

Returns will be processed within 10 working days (Monday to Friday) & will only be accepted and processed if the garment is in satisfactory clean state.

Supply the following information:

1. The product(s) name, code, colour, size

2. When the product(s) was purchased and receipt or proof of purchase / invoice number

3. The reason for return, ie –size/colour change, fault, etc.

4. If product is damaged, a photo of the damaged garment(s) and how the damage occurred (if relevant)

5. Your contact information including Name, Tel and Email



We will then supply you with a Returns Notification this will have full instructions for sending any items back to us

Please note you will need to cover the postage cost for any returns (it is at the discretion of Westbeach to refund postage for items returned that are faulty or damaged), we recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning any item.




Due to the fact some people sometimes tell porkies Westbeach will not accept anything back without Proof of Purchase first

PLEASE DO NOT send any returns back without notifying us first or without an Returns Authorisation code, its important we keep the paperwork tidy to ensure you guys and gals get your refund or exchange in good time.
