We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. All purchases made on this website are subject to the following return/exchange policy:

All products on our web site are first quality merchandise, and carry manufactures warranty against defective workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover fit, wear and tear, or customer abuse. We understand that Returns and exchanges are sometimes inevitable. The merchandise must not show any evidence of wear and the original tags must be attached. Clothing returns with receipts for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, to the address listed below.( If the item is given as a gift, 30 days from the date received as a gift.) Shoe returns can be sent back for up to 30 days provided they have not been worn. There is a 10$ charge if the returned show box is damaged. Items that have been worn are not returnable unless found to be defective. All items must be in “like-new” condition, with no signs of wear, soiling or smoke smell and include the original box/packaging.

We recommend that all footwear be tried on at home, on carpet, to ensure a proper fit, and prevent any outsole wear. A receipt must accompany all returns.

Free Return Shipping on Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item you purchased from us, we will pay the return shipping charges within the guidelines set forth below. Just follow these steps:

  1. Submit your return shipping exchange request by completing the form found at this link.
  2. We will review your request and if within these guidelines, we will send you an email authorizing your free return shipping exchange. Our response will include a pre-printed, pre-paid UPS shipping form for you to print out. Please note you will need to have an ink-jet or laser printer attached to your PC to print out this form.
  3. Using the UPS shipping form we provide, take the package to your nearest UPS location to ship the merchandise back to us. Shipping costs will be pre-paid.
Once we receive the item you’ve returned and confirmed it complies with our return policy, we’ll ship our your exchange as quickly as possible.

Free Return Shipping Limitations

  • Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition with all tags attached. Returns for an exchange will not be accepted if they show signs of wear, are soiled or appear to have been washed.
  • The original packaging must be returned with the item(s) and that packaging must be in-tact. Do not ship items back to us only in the original box. Instead, place the box inside another box to protect the original packaging from damage during shipment.
  • Free return shipping is limited to product exchanges (not refunds) and are limited to one per customer per 30 days.
  • Closeout items or specially priced items do not qualify for free return shipping.
