Our top priority at zulily is offering products of great quality, value and craftsmanship. We always want our members to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Although we cannot accept returns on some items, please know that if you ever receive an order that does not meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to remedy the situation.


What is zulily’s return policy?

The great deals you find at zulily are only available for a limited time, and because of this we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges. For items that are eligible to be returned, zulily must receive the item unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of when the package was delivered. Eligible returns will be credited to the member’s zulily account.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

If a product may be returned, it will be noted on the product information page. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Where should I send an eligible return?

Please contact service@zulily.com for a return authorization. You’ll receive detailed instructions at that time.

What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

We’ll work to resolve the problem immediately—simply contact us at service@zulily.com.



What shipping method does zulily use? 

We’ll send your package via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

What does zulily charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are dependent on the product being shipped. Please refer to the shopping basket for pricing.

Can zulily ship internationally?

At this time, zulily can send purchases only to street addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, packages containing liquids cannot be sent to Alaska or Hawaii. zulily does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are there ever any additional shipping fees?

Additional charges may apply to large items, such as furniture. Purchases being sent to Alaska or Hawaii may also incur an additional charge. Please refer to the shopping basket for charges.

How long until my order ships?

Your order ships within 2-4 weeks of the order date. To see current and past orders, visit my account.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Some zulily products are shipped from our warehouse, while others come directly from the manufacturer. This may result in multiple packages for a single order.

Is it possible to get shipping insurance?

All zulily packages are insured directly by the shipping company.

Well I guess I should have expected this. I ordered 2 pair of shoes they didn’t fit. I had also ordered a coat. It is too small. Takes forever to receive the order can’t return. Product. Guess I’ll just give the coat to annual coat drive for the needy

Ordered three tunics, all similar. One barely fit, two didn't even come close. Now I find out they are not eligible for return or exchange. First and last time I will ever order from Zulilly.

I order a LOT from Zulily. One thing you have to keep in mind is that since they get their merchandise from lots of different companies some things are going to be great while some are going to be poor quality. When I have not been satisfied, I email or call customer service and they have always given me store credit or a refund and sometimes even extra store credit for the hassle. Although I haven't always been satisfied with the merchandise, I have always been satisfied with the customer service. If you are nervous about ordering an item, just stick with brands that you are familiar with.

Item Sizing and Return Pilicy

The shirt I ordered was a specific size, yet when I got the item the tag had a size range. I was going to return it since it does not fit properly, only to learn that it cannot be returned. I sure wish the product information had indicated such because I would not have ordered it. It wasn't that great of a deal to begin with, and now it's a horrible deal! I will never order from this company again.
