Our top priority at zulily is offering products of great quality, value and craftsmanship. We always want our members to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Although we cannot accept returns on some items, please know that if you ever receive an order that does not meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to remedy the situation.


What is zulily’s return policy?

The great deals you find at zulily are only available for a limited time, and because of this we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges. For items that are eligible to be returned, zulily must receive the item unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of when the package was delivered. Eligible returns will be credited to the member’s zulily account.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

If a product may be returned, it will be noted on the product information page. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Where should I send an eligible return?

Please contact service@zulily.com for a return authorization. You’ll receive detailed instructions at that time.

What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

We’ll work to resolve the problem immediately—simply contact us at service@zulily.com.



What shipping method does zulily use? 

We’ll send your package via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

What does zulily charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are dependent on the product being shipped. Please refer to the shopping basket for pricing.

Can zulily ship internationally?

At this time, zulily can send purchases only to street addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, packages containing liquids cannot be sent to Alaska or Hawaii. zulily does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are there ever any additional shipping fees?

Additional charges may apply to large items, such as furniture. Purchases being sent to Alaska or Hawaii may also incur an additional charge. Please refer to the shopping basket for charges.

How long until my order ships?

Your order ships within 2-4 weeks of the order date. To see current and past orders, visit my account.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Some zulily products are shipped from our warehouse, while others come directly from the manufacturer. This may result in multiple packages for a single order.

Is it possible to get shipping insurance?

All zulily packages are insured directly by the shipping company.

Poor quality and service

Items took an age to arrive and then they were not fit for purpose. The neck line in the Tshirt was not even in the middle and the armholes were different shapes, so of course it didn't fit. The tunic had hanging threads all over it and looked like it had been made in child's sewing class. The other top was described as a tunic but it was waist length (I'm 5'6") and would fit a whole family in it!! Nothing was fit for purpose.
Then, to add insult to injury, I have to pay for returning them. Will not be ordering again

Discount, but at a price

Didn't realize that everything would be shipped separately and take up to month to arrive. The items I ordered were only at a slight discount, so it wasn't worth it in the end.

Now I'm realizing that some of these clothing items don't fit. I followed the size chart, but they are too large. And now I can't return them. Buyer beware!

I have ordered a nimber of items in the past couple of years and was satisfied. However, i recently ordered. 3 items from one site as a child's birthday gift. Asked that they be sent together- they were not and learned a couple of weeks later that one was on back order!! They never told me that. Ordered an outfit for myself that is so small it would barely fit a child. And finally, ordered a tunic that looked terrible on me - was shocked to find out I would recieve credit - not a refund -which is 30 percent less than what I paid. ( restocking fee and shipping)Not sure I will even get the credit since they must recieve item within 14 days of when it was delivered to me! My bad for not the the ridiculos amount of verbage in the return policy!! I am done. Too bad for Zulily!,

items (women's tops) are very poor quality ...hard to return them even tho the items were listed as being returnable.. Will never shop there again

Unfortunate take on returns

Zulily has started charging for return postage. Ordering especially women's clothing online is already a risk. I loved the safety-net of knowing if it didn't fit or wasn't as high of quality as described, I could either return or donate it free of charge. Zulily--at least on the things they will take back--no longer offers that safety-net. I can understand a company not wanting to lose a ton of money on shipping, but this change does make me leery to order clothing through Zulily. Also, does this affect returns on items that Zulily will not take back? I will have to be mindful of this change when ordering from Zulily--which will likely result in me ordering less.
