Our top priority at zulily is offering products of great quality, value and craftsmanship. We always want our members to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Although we cannot accept returns on some items, please know that if you ever receive an order that does not meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to remedy the situation.

Returns

What is zulily’s return policy?

The great deals you find at zulily are only available for a limited time, and because of this we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges. For items that are eligible to be returned, zulily must receive the item unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of when the package was delivered. Eligible returns will be credited to the member’s zulily account.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

If a product may be returned, it will be noted on the product information page. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Where should I send an eligible return?

Please contact service@zulily.com for a return authorization. You’ll receive detailed instructions at that time.

What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

We’ll work to resolve the problem immediately—simply contact us at service@zulily.com.

 

Shipping

What shipping method does zulily use? 

We’ll send your package via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

What does zulily charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are dependent on the product being shipped. Please refer to the shopping basket for pricing.

Can zulily ship internationally?

At this time, zulily can send purchases only to street addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, packages containing liquids cannot be sent to Alaska or Hawaii. zulily does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are there ever any additional shipping fees?

Additional charges may apply to large items, such as furniture. Purchases being sent to Alaska or Hawaii may also incur an additional charge. Please refer to the shopping basket for charges.

How long until my order ships?

Your order ships within 2-4 weeks of the order date. To see current and past orders, visit my account.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Some zulily products are shipped from our warehouse, while others come directly from the manufacturer. This may result in multiple packages for a single order.

Is it possible to get shipping insurance?

All zulily packages are insured directly by the shipping company.

I ordered 3 pairs of boots for my daughter i received 2 pair together and one came 2 weeks later,when i got them one of the boots had been worn so i called to see if i could send them back they said yes but i would have to print off the return label to send it back well that's fine if you have a printer which i don't have so i was given a address and told to go to the post office and mail it to them on me,i decided to look at the reviews before returning the item and decided it would be cheaper to cut my loses than waste my money shipping the the item back and never buying anything else from zulily

I wish I had thought to check reviews before placing an order. As a Xmas gift I bought clothes for my grand-daughter in CT. (I'm in VA.) They don't fit & there's A NO RETURN POLICY!! What would prompt me to ever order from Zulily again? No other store does this & the bargains aren't THAT great. Shop around... The others are right; delivery service is very slow.

I BOUGHT BOOTS ON ZULILY, TOOK FOREVER TO GET HERE, SIZE 9 BOOTS FIT LIKE SIZE 8.5, NO RETURN APPARENTLY.
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOOGLED THEM BEFORE I PURCHASED!

Lack of ability on returns and the amount of time it takes to receive and order are not worth the small of savings. It's absolutely ridiculous and not worth it. I regret the amount of money I spent with this company
